Notwithstanding theforegoing, Tax Costs shall not include excess profits, franchise taxes, gifttaxes, capital stock taxes, inheritance and succession taxes, estate taxes andfederal and state income taxes.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NASA, the United Kingdom’s Hadley Centre and the United Nations World Meteorlogical Organization reports varied slightly due to differing methodologies but each concluded that this year is one of the warmest on record.
